Dick head dandan! I have experience! Without your direct permission a collector has no claim to ur debt. The bank writes it off, reports it to the cred bur. & theyr done. They sell it to a 3rd party. U then have the 3rd party verify the debt in question in writing, they cant do it. They cant effect ur credit score because u have no business with them & no direct contract. If they do report u. u question it as an error & have the Cred Bur. verify the debt. Guess what they lose. ur brainwashed

your a dumb shit, the Bank sells the debt over to the collection agency and the contract for a much smaller amount than what is owed. Its all written within the contract you sign when you first take the credit out. Then the collection agency has all rights to collecting on the debt. Understand what your talking about before you comment next time ass clown….

    This video is bullshit!!!
You don’t owe a debt collector anything. U only owe the party in which you have contracted with. Debt collectors can only collect a debt if you grant him permission to do so. By engaging in conversation about the debt u have invited the collector in to the matter & he can now justify his involvement in your business matter with the original debt holder.
