i recorded over 60 calls with them (the bank) harassing me. when i asked for DATA, they sent me records of over 270 calls but not the ones i had recorded. then i asked for records of the rest of the calls they made to me and they now say they dont have any records of any call at all. they have LOST or DELETED their records of prolonged harassment to me. luckily i have recorded some and have records of my own.
